We’re on the Bolivar Peninsula near Crystal Beach, Texas. The address is 995 Bolivar Dunes Blvd, Gilchrist, TX.

We’re a short walk to the beach. Close enough for easy beach runs, far enough to have a little breathing room.

Check-in and check-out times are listed on your booking confirmation, typically 4:00pm check-in, 11:00 am checkout. If you need something special, ask and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

Sleeping capacity is 12 guests. 2 king bed bedrooms and one bunk room with 4 full size beds. 

No. This is a family and friends beach house, not an event venue.

Dogs are allowed with a pet fee for additional cleaning. 

Yes, we have an on-site EV charger. A Tesla level 2 universal charger with built in adapter.
